I’m Georgina Czok – an EU-based Change and HR Transformation consultant with two decades of experience inside some of the world’s most complex organizations.
I started my career in HR and never left – but the work evolved. Over time, I moved from operational HR into transformation leadership: managing post-merger integrations, large-scale restructurings, digital rollouts, and enterprise-wide change programs. I’ve worked across X countries, led initiatives affecting X+ employees, and partnered with C-suite leaders across industries including FMCG, technology, manufacturing, and financial services.
I built my expertise at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Diageo, ESAB, Vodafone, and Euronet – organizations where change is never simple, politics are real, and results are expected fast.
What I’ve learned from all of it: strategies don’t fail. Execution does. And execution is a people problem…
That’s what I specialize in – making change actually happen. Not just designing the roadmap, but staying through the process, aligning stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring that by the time I leave, the organization can sustain what was built.
I work on a freelance and interim basis, which means I come in focused, get up to speed quickly, and deliver without the overhead of a large consulting firm.
